Is the first month really free?
Yes, and no card is required: you set up your shop, send us your menu, and start selling. Nothing is asked of you to begin, and nothing is charged at the end of the month — we write to you, and you decide whether to continue. Either way, we take no commission on your orders.
How much does Delova cost?
The Pack Delova is €130/month incl. VAT, with no commission or hidden fees. Three options can be added as needed: table reservations (€60/month), the AI assistant (€20/month) and the AI autopilot (€30/month). You pay monthly, with no commitment, and stop whenever you like.
Is there a minimum commitment?
None. The subscription is monthly, cancellable at any time and without notice: only the current month is due. And setup is turnkey, all the way to publication on the stores.
Is there a commission on orders?
No. Unlike delivery platforms, Delova takes no commission on your orders. You keep 100% of your margins.
How long does setup take?
Ordering on your website can be ready in 20 minutes: you send us your menu, we put it online. Your own iPhone and Android apps take 2 to 3 weeks, the time it takes Apple and Google to approve them. We handle everything: creation, configuration and publishing.
What's the difference with Uber Eats or Deliveroo?
On those platforms, you pay a commission on every order and the customers remain theirs. With Delova, you pay a flat subscription of 130 €/month: your customers order on your own app and your website, with no commission, and their details belong to you.
