When you fill in the contact form or leave your details via the chat assistant, we collect the data you provide: name, email address, establishment name and phone number.

No data is collected without your knowledge and no profiling is carried out.

This data is used solely to respond to your request and, where applicable, to present our services to you.

The legal basis is your consent and the publisher's legitimate interest in handling contact requests.

Messages sent via the form are routed by our form provider Formspree, Inc., acting as a processor.

Our chat assistant uses Gemini from Google LLC (United States), acting as a processor to handle the messages you send it. Those messages are sent to Gemini from our servers. Google may temporarily retain limited data for security and abuse prevention in accordance with the Gemini API terms. The details you choose to leave there are forwarded to us via Formspree, Inc.

Audience measurement and advertising tracking are carried out by Google (Google Ireland Limited) through Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager, by Microsoft (Microsoft Corporation, United States) through Microsoft Clarity, and by Meta (Meta Platforms Ireland Limited) through its conversion pixel, each acting as a processor.

When you use the establishment search during signup, the name and city you enter are sent to Google (Google Ireland Limited) to locate your restaurant, together with the site's display language and the country you selected. Neither your email address, nor your phone number, nor any other account data is sent.

Your data is neither sold nor transferred to third parties for commercial purposes.

The data from the contact form is kept for as long as necessary to process your request, then archived or deleted at the latest 3 years after the last contact.

Delova does not retain chat messages beyond the session stored in your browser. Google may temporarily retain limited data to secure the service and prevent abuse.

In accordance with the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and object to the processing of your data, as well as the right to data portability.

You can exercise these rights by writing to contact@delova.eu. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority (in France, the CNIL).

When you open a shop from the restaurant owner area, we collect your establishment's details (name, address, postcode, city, country), your contact details (email address, phone number) and, if you provide one, your logo. This data is used to create your account, your online shop and your billing documents.

Subscription payment is handled by Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd., acting as a processor. We never store your card number.

The documents you send to import your menu (photographs, PDF, or a web page whose address you provide) are transmitted to Google LLC, whose Gemini service analyses them as a processor in order to extract dishes and prices. They are stored in a private area accessible to you alone, and deleted once your menu is published.

The legal basis for this processing is the performance of our contract. Your establishment's data is kept for the duration of your subscription, then in accordance with statutory accounting retention periods.

In addition to the cookies strictly necessary for it to work, this site sets audience measurement cookies (Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity) and advertising cookies (Meta pixel) as soon as you arrive. Microsoft Clarity records your browsing session on the site. Details of these cookies and how to object to them are set out in our Cookie Policy. Our chat assistant sets no tracking cookies.
