This page explains how the Delova website uses cookies and similar technologies.
What is a cookie?
A cookie is a small file placed on your device when you visit a website. Among other things, it can store preferences or ensure the website works properly.
The cookies we use
This site sets two categories of cookies. The first are strictly necessary for it to work. The second measure audience and assess the effectiveness of our advertising campaigns: they are set as soon as you arrive on the site, without any action on your part.
Our chat assistant sets no tracking cookies. Its history is kept in your browser's session storage and disappears when you close it.
Third-party cookies
Our chat assistant uses Gemini from Google LLC (United States), is available at all times and sets no tracking cookies. When you use it, the messages you enter are sent to Gemini from our servers to generate the replies. Google may temporarily retain limited data for security and abuse prevention in accordance with the Gemini API terms.
Google Analytics (Google Ireland Limited), loaded through Google Tag Manager, measures page traffic.
Microsoft Clarity (Microsoft Corporation, United States) records the pages viewed as well as mouse movements, clicks and scrolling, in order to reconstruct the browsing session.
The Meta pixel (Meta Platforms Ireland Limited) measures the effectiveness of our advertising on Facebook and Instagram and allows advertising audiences to be built.
Managing cookies
You can configure your browser at any time to accept, refuse or delete cookies through its privacy settings (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge, etc.).
Refusing strictly necessary cookies may affect the proper functioning of the website.
Consent
A banner informs you of these cookies on your first visit. It does not offer a choice: the cookies described above are set as soon as the site opens.
To object, you can configure your browser to block third-party cookies, install a blocking extension, or turn on its tracking protection settings. You can also object to advertising tracking from your Facebook or Instagram account settings.
