Getting help with the app

For any question about using a Delova app (ordering, payment, delivery tracking or the loyalty programme), email us at contact@delova.eu and describe your situation.

Where possible, include the name of the restaurant concerned, your device type (iPhone or Android) and, if relevant, your order number: this helps us reply faster.

Reporting a problem or a bug

If the app isn't working as expected, send us a description of the problem along with a screenshot if you can. We review every report and keep you posted on the fix.
