GloriaFood alternative: what to choose before the 30 April 2027 shutdown
A comparison of GloriaFood alternatives for restaurants: price, commission, options and add-ons carried over, app under your own brand. Plus the three questions that settle it.
GloriaFood shuts down on 30 April 2027, and Oracle offers no migration whatsoever. If you are looking for a replacement, this page compares the options and gives you the three questions that settle it.
If you would rather check the facts first and know what to save, start with our article on the GloriaFood shutdown. The rest of this page assumes that is done.
The three questions that filter the offers
1. What happens to your menu? This is the real cost of migrating, and nobody puts it on their pricing page. Several providers advertise a "one-click import" that pulls in the dishes but flattens the options and add-ons: your menu is back, but you retype the sizes, the toppings and the sauces by hand. Ask explicitly whether option groups and their constraints come across.
2. Who owns your customers? A marketplace like Uber Eats or Deliveroo brings orders but keeps the customer, and takes 15 to 30 percent commission on something you were getting free. A direct ordering system leaves you the list. If you were on GloriaFood, you had already made that choice; do not lose it on the way out.
3. How much, and in what shape? A flat subscription and a commission are very different models. Thirty percent on €8,000 of monthly orders is €2,400 a month. Run the numbers on your own volumes before comparing advertised prices.
The comparison
| Monthly price | Commission | Options and add-ons carried over | App under your brand | |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Menuro | not published | 0 % | not specified | not specified |
| Ressto | not published | 0 % | not specified | not specified |
| Deonde | not published | 0 % | not specified | white label offered |
| OlaClick | not published | 0 % | not specified | not specified |
| Applova | not published | 0 % | not specified | white label offered |
| Uber Eats / Deliveroo | €0 | 15 to 30 % | not applicable | no, it is their app |
| Delova | €130 incl. VAT | 0 % | yes, migrations already done | included in the pack |
The "not specified" entries are deliberate: none of these providers publicly documents what happens to option groups. Ask before you sign, because that is where the difference between ten minutes and three days of typing lives.
This is by far the most crowded corner of the market. Judge these providers on the three questions above rather than on their landing pages.
What we do differently
Two things, and they explain the price gap.
We have already done this migration. Not "we can do it": we have done it, for restaurants that were on GloriaFood, options and add-ons included. We know the traps: option groups defined at category level instead of dish level, selection caps that silently turn a multiple choice into a single one, choices that can no longer be unselected. Those are precisely the details a generic automatic import drops, and you find out afterwards, when the orders come in.
You get a real app under your own name. GloriaFood charged €59 a month for its "custom mobile app" option. That app disappears on 30 April 2027 too. With us, the iOS and Android app in your branding is part of the pack, not an add-on.
On top of that: delivery with live tracking and driver management, loyalty, table booking and online payment, all with no commission on your orders. Four restaurants use it today.
And if price is your only criterion
Then several of the solutions above cost less than ours, and for some restaurants they will be enough. We would rather say it here than let you find out after a quote.
What you give up by picking the cheapest is not the order button: it is the faithful transfer of your menu, and the app under your own name. If those two do not matter to you, take the cheapest offer.
Frequently asked questions
What is the best GloriaFood alternative? It depends on what you want to keep. For the lowest price, look at the free or near-free plans. For a complex menu and an app under your brand, ours. The three questions above will answer it more reliably than any ranking.
Can I import my GloriaFood menu automatically? With us, yes, options and add-ons included. Elsewhere, check: "one-click import" often covers the dishes only.
How much does Delova cost? €130 a month including VAT, no commission and no hidden fees. The first month is free, no card required. Table booking and the AI assistant are options.
What if I change my mind after migrating? You leave with your menu cleanly exported. We hold on to neither your data nor your customer list.
Migrate now or wait until 2027? Now. The closer the date gets, the slower GloriaFood's support becomes and the more erratic the exports get, exactly when you will need them most.
In practice
We take over your GloriaFood menu, we check it with you, and you sign it off before anything goes live. The first month is free, no card required.
