Do you take a commission on my orders?
Never. You pay €130 incl. VAT per month whatever your order volume. What your customers pay is yours, less your provider's bank fees if you switch on online payment.
How long until I'm online?
Around twenty minutes as a rule, including a few minutes' wait while the AI reads your menu. The longest part is the review — and it's time well spent.
What if the AI gets a price wrong?
That's exactly why the review is mandatory. Every dish is shown with the price as printed on your menu next to the recognised one, and doubtful lines arrive unticked. Nothing goes live without your approval.
Can I cancel whenever I want?
Yes: at any time and without notice, only the current month is due. There's no minimum term to see out.
Do I need a website already?
No. You get a shop address ready to share. If you already have a website, you can also embed your shop with a single line of code.
Do my customers need to install an app?
No, they order from their browser. You're the one using the Delova Pro app, to receive and manage orders.
